Before founding FIG Restoration in 2017, Moncy Hawkins spent nearly two decades in corporate finance and accounting, including professional experience at Deloitte and Accenture. Today, she combines that corporate expertise with her personal journey of rebuilding her own credit to help individuals and families improve their credit, strengthen their financial foundation, and move toward long-term stability through education and strategy.

Chapter One
Starting Over at 18
Her story begins at 18. After the sudden loss of her mother, Moncy found herself homeless and financially unstable—not because of bad choices, but because life moved faster than anyone expected. Rather than stay defined by that season, she made intentional decisions that changed everything.
Through faith, discipline, and education, she repaired her credit, secured housing in her own name, and achieved financial stability before the age of 20.
That was chapter one.
Chapter Two
Success, Then a Second Rebuild
Years later, after nearly two decades in corporate finance and accounting—including professional experience at Deloitte and Accenture—Moncy had built a life that looked like success from the outside. A home. Investment properties. A family. A future.
And then she had to rebuild.
In one of the hardest seasons of her life, she found herself starting over — not at 18, but as an adult with children who were watching her every move. What she told them in that season became the foundation of everything she does today:

2017: FIG Restoration Is Born
That comeback was not the result of shortcuts or gimmicks. It came through structure, discipline, and faith. When Moncy stopped chasing what she thought she wanted and started following what she was called to do, everything aligned—her business, her purpose, and the people she was meant to serve.
In 2017, she founded FIG Restoration—not as a business idea, but as an act of obedience. Her goal was clear: to help others rebuild intentionally with the structure and guidance she once needed herself.
Because she has lived both chapters of this journey, Moncy brings something rare to this work—experience, empathy, and strategy. Not just knowledge—but understanding.
