Founded in 2017, FIG Restoration serves households who have experienced financial hardship, regained stability, and are now ready to rebuild credit intentionally. Our work is designed for people who want real progress, not shortcuts, and who understand that meaningful change requires consistency and accountability.
We believe credit restoration is not just about correcting reports, but about restoring access, stability, and peace of mind for the future.

THE FOUNDER
FIG Restoration is led by Moncy Hawkins, a seasoned credit consultant and financial educator with a deep commitment to helping families regain stability and direction.
Moncy’s work is rooted in lived experience. At 18 years old, after the loss of her mother, she found herself homeless and financially unstable. Rather than remain defined by that season, she made intentional choices that changed the trajectory of her life.
Through faith, discipline, and education, Moncy repaired her credit, learned to manage money effectively, secured housing in her own name, and achieved financial stability before the age of 20. That journey shaped her understanding of how closely credit, access, and opportunity are connected.
After nearly two decades in corporate finance and accounting environments, including work connected to Big Four accounting firms, Moncy stepped away from corporate life to build FIG (Faith in God) Restoration, LLC. Her goal was clear: to help others rebuild intentionally with the structure and guidance she once needed herself.
Because she has walked the journey, Moncy brings both empathy and accountability to her work. She is known for her straightforward approach, ethical standards, and commitment to helping clients make informed, sustainable decisions.
Today, Moncy is recognized as a trusted voice in credit restoration and financial education. She has partnered with business centers, nonprofit organizations, and community institutions, and her work has been featured on radio, podcasts, and in national publications including Black Enterprise.
